Prior to joining uniBank, Kwadwo worked with Star Assurance where he started his insurance career. He initially worked as an Assistant Manager for two and a half years. His dedication and willingness to learn more and fast-track his insurance studies vaulted him to head of a key Branch in the company. There he garnered Managerial, Retail and some Claims Management experience. He also independently pursued a broader understanding of Reinsurance and Insurance Risk Management.

Kwadwo’s unceasing eagerness to learn wherever he finds himself has helped shape him up into a well-rounded Insurance, Banking and Finance Professional. He has also attended several seminars and courses in insurance, banking and finance.

Not to be undone, Kwadwo continues to pursue courses in Finance and Risk Management in his desire to, in his own small way, facilitate in bridging the unusually wide gap between the Banking and Insurance Industries in Ghana.
