A salvaged vehicle or other salvaged item is sold "AS IS AND WHERE LOCATED," and the Company (the Seller) does not in any way, expressly or impliedly, give any warranties to the Buyer. The Buyer acknowledges that the acquired salvaged vehicle or other salvaged item has been duly inspected and approved by the Buyer and has been found to the Buyer’s entire satisfaction. The Company (the Seller) expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for the particular purpose for which it is bought.
